The FLANGE WIZARD 496-38240-MAK MAGNETIC FLANGE ALIGNERKIT can be used to align the flanges in a new gas or oil hot water heater installation. This kit includes one (1) flange alignment tool with a two (2) dimensional wrench and three (3) pins for the tapered Flanges.

The FLANGE WIZARD Magnetic Flange Aligner is a precision ground piece of steel that magnetically aligns the flanges on two pipe assemblies. The edge of a 3-1/2" industrial strength magnet has been machined onto the end of this tool for easy installation and use.

The Flange Wizard 496-38240 is used to test and adjust flange misalignment before fastening with bolts or to use as an inspection tool. With the Flange Wizard, you can double check that the bolt holes on the flanges of two components are both plumb and in line before assembling.
