The Brush Research BC Flex-Hone features abrasive globules mounted on flexible filaments, allowing the tool to self-center and conform to the bore for a controlled, consistent surface finish. Designed for deburring, surface finishing, and plateau honing in a wide range of cylindrical bores.
This 1-3/8" (35mm) diameter hone uses 120 grit silicon carbide abrasive, making it well-suited for general-purpose metal removal and surface conditioning on engine cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, and other precision bores. Simply chuck it into a drill or honing machine and run at the recommended RPM with a cutting fluid.
