Freightliner Airliner Rear Suspension Pin & Bushing Adapter

The Freightliner Rear Suspension Pin and Bushing Adapter is designed to replace a damaged or missing Pin and one or both of the Bushing(s) on the left and/or right sides of the rear Mounting Member.

The same great bushing that was originally installed in your rear suspension can be replaced with this Rear Suspension Pin & Bushing Adapter Kit. This kit is used on Freightliner Classic XL, Century Class, Columbia Class, Coronado Class, FL70, FLD120, FLD132 and FLD132 w/ Air Sys (08-Up) models.

There are a number of different pin and bushing adapters available, but this one stands out since it works in all Freightliner rear suspension leaf springs.

The Rear Suspension Pin & Bushing Adapter, by Karrite®, is manufactured from heat-treated steel and features an all-weather rubber bushing for ensuring years of service. The Freightliner Rear Suspension Bushing Adapter utilizes a caster pivot pin located in the back of the bushing adapter to locate and pivot the rear air suspension pin. The assembly is compatible with the aerodynamic lower chassis, and offers a positive location to keep spring deflection to a minimum.

The Airliner provides tight turning radius and excellent traction. The pivot pin assembly is made of high quality steel. The rear axle has an adjustable ball joint and a double-hex bushing on both sides of the arm to allow for greater articulation and adjustability. Note: This is Freightliner aftermarket replacement part.
