The relay contains a powerful SCR which switches on at 24 volts dc when the coil is energized. It has an operating current of 1 amp at 24 Volts passing through it. This product has a current rating of 10 Amps. It requires a 10A SPDT contact set to operate, and must be part of an encl system .
