GENERAC 0120 Dipstick, With Gasket

The GENERAC dipstick is made of durable plastic and includes a gasket. The GENERAC dipstick is located on the side of the engine block directly behind the oil fill cap. The dipstick should be removed and cleaned after each 10 hours of use during normal service. The user should never check the crankcase oil level while the engine is hot as the dipstick may become misaligned slightly with temperature fluctuations above and below ambient. Every 5 tanks of gas or every 50 hours, depending on usage, drain and refill the crankcase to extend the life of your engine.

Our generator has a low oil shut-off switch that automatically turns the generator off if the oil level gets too low. The generator has an automatic, low oil shutdown and a built-in hour meter. Dipstick included.

The Generac dipstick is a replacement dipstick for the 33750120 Generac gas generator engine. The dipstick needs to be replaced annually because they are known to leak after exposure to natural weather elements.
