The Fuel Shutoff Valve is a pre-assembled, integral unit on the tank assembly. The valve includes a union outlet with a 5/16 inch fuel hose barb size for a connection to the fuel supply system.

This 0H0406 Valve fits most Generac generators and is used to shut off the flow of fuel in the event of a fuel leak or another emergency. You can use it when refueling the generator, to allow for easier filling and less spillage while you're adding the fuel. It is simple to install, just connect it with your next cylinder of fuel.

The line shutoff valve is designed for use with fuel-powered equipment. It provides a quick, convenient shutoff of fuel to equipment. The lever on the valve turns to the closed position when pushed down and automatically resecures itself in the open position when pushed back up. The steel bonnet of the valve resists wear from exposure to petroleum products and carries a lifetime warranty. The 1/2-inch NPT fuel ports permit connections with 1/2-inch fuel line tubing.
