The L250-30 Limit switch is used for further control of the burner. The Goodman limit switch L250-30 switches ON when a pilot flame is detected in the gas valve. This limits the amount of gas that will be injected into the burner assembly for ignition purposes. When the pilot flame is extinguished, as determined through a safety tip-over switch or other means, the Goodman L250-30 limit switch will shut OFF the fuel supply to the burner assembly.
