The TJERNLUND 4889 GPAK1 Complete Vent System for Gas Heaters Up to 250,000 BTU is made with heavy-gauge aluminized steel, and coated with a black finish to help protect against rust and corrosion. It is compatible with gas heaters up to 250,000 BTUs and provides 75% efficiency. This vent system measures 16' long.

Complete kit includes: 4-in.-dia. round gas heater installation with PVC and copper furnace ducting; aluminum foil tape for sealing joints in ductwork; 2-in.-dia. vent cap; 2 ft. of 5/8"-dia. corrugated galvanized steel flexible plumbing drain pipe; elbow assembly for attaching drain pipe to vent cap; and mitering tool for cutting the vent opening in the roof curb. GPAK1 Complete Vent System for Gas Heaters Up to 250,000 BTU

This 4889 GPAK1 vent assembly is designed as a complete combustion system consisting of a 10" straight fitting 90 degree elbow with 4-1/2" and 6-3/4" cap sections. For use on systems up to 250,000 Btu's. This unit must be used in conjunction with the specified TJERNLUND 9000 or 9000E gas heater(s).

The GPAK1 Complete Vent System for Gas Heaters Up to 250,000 BTU is simple and durable. Features include A permanently mounted floor damper with handle, made of 15 ga. sheet metal that will tolerate service temperatures up to 1800F; a standard 2" x 10' flexible insulated chimney liner for use with all horizontal wood burning fireplaces and pellet stoves; a round/rectangular connector for ease of installation; full installation instructions included in every box.

The 4889 GPAK1 Complete Vent System for Gas Heaters includes two cast-aluminum gravity-return vent dampers with ball and joint connections to the flue collar. The dampers have built-in screens that prevent heat damaging insects and other foreign material from entering the system. One damper is designed for exhausting hot, pressurized air out of the home, while the other damper is used for exhausting cooled air into the home. They are used with gas furnaces and hot water heaters rated up to 250,000 BTU/hr.

The GPAK1 is used for gas heaters up to 250,000 BTU/H. It includes a 45 ft. stainless steel vent pipe and a 4 inch round polyester fabric covered flexible liner that permits duct run over horizontal or vertical obstructions.
