The Grating Plate continually sharpens the blade of your Robot Coupe food processor by removing tiny bits of metal from the blade. It can be used as a protective grate over your blades while cleaning. This part is the Medium Coarse, 3MM grating plate.

This is a MEDIUM-COARSE GRAIN COATED GRATING PLATE for use with the Robot Coupe mixers, not the small sauce mixers. It is made of stainless steel, coated with 3mm openings as shown in the picture. This grating plate is approximately 8 5/8" across at its widest point with 16 holes spaced 1" from center to center.
