The HP 106-21 Cylinder Truck provides increased lifting capacity and added safety for the driver when carrying or dumping cylinders.

The HP106-21 is a 21 cubic feet top mount cylinder truck. The 106 Series trucks were designed to carry 21' equipment containers and containers with heights as high as 7.5' or 8'. The standard 5'6" depth truck was designed for 20' containers and containers up to 6.5' high.

The HP106-21 is a versatile and rugged low-pressure 3800 psi/276 bar delivery pneumatic air compressor. It combines durable cast iron construction with low-end torque and high airflow capability to deliver smooth, powerful performance.

The 106-21 is a Push-Pull cylinder truck with radiator suspension, which makes it the ideal truck for loading and unloading operations in warehouses and manufacturing plants that handle both pallets and containers (20' or 40' high, 20' or 40' wide). The trucks have a manual transmission with automatic brakes which allow them to be used in confined spaces.

This is a 0-6-0 diesel switcher in N scales. the 337-106-21 is a matching pusher version. built from 1928 to 1959, these switchers were widely used in rail yards and on branchlines by the big railroads all over the world. some are still in service today, though most have been rebuilt or recycled. not many of these are available on the market yet, so get one while you can!
