The Heat Slinger for Middleby is an industry first. The unique design allows the operator to sling grease and oil into any type of location that can hold liquid waste. Its innovative design allows the user to acquire maximum coverage from each pass, reducing the number of times needed to pre-soak your oven racks.

The Heat Slinger is specifically designed for Middleby walk-in ovens, but may also be used with other brands of ovens. Basically, the Heat Slinger replaces the hex shaft for the arm using a heavy duty stainless steel chain and stainless steel hooks. The stainless steel chain provides a very effective method of transferring heat throughout the entire cavity of the oven. This helps reduce hot spots that can occur when using solid arms alone with high heat applications such as pizza baking.

The Heat Slinger is a metal shield designed to help prevent the spread of grease in a conveyor oven. The heat slinger is installed around the grease trough and it includes flanges to hold the nozzle of any Middleby conveyor oven. By installing The Heat Slinger, Middleby helps eliminate unwanted contamination of products that result from splatter or spillage during the loading process.

The Heat Slingers supply high quality heated air for maximum heat transfer to your food for rapid oven-baking. When used in conjunction with Middleby ovens you can increase throughput, reduce cook time and eliminate cold spots common in all convection ovens.

The Heat Slinger is a lightweight six foot long stainless steel, electric, belt, cooking product designed to be used with Middleby and Bailey convection ovens that have five slots. It connects between the front and rear slot for the most effective use. The Heat Slinger allows for one inch of back and forth movement in your cooking product. By positioning the product one inch further back or forward, you will improve your performance on meats such as turkey, prime rib or any other application that uses a special oven cook cycle.

The Heat Slinger Hotplate is designed for use with the Middleby Marshall P25 Convection Oven Range. It replaces the Slide-In section in the Marshall P25 oven.

The HEAT SLINGER is designed to replace the ovens slide out shelf allowing for a heavier duty slide for electric ovens. It is constructed of 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel and can be adjusted in 3/8" increments from 12" to 36". Please note that this item requires a minimum slide out width of 6". Requires a standard 1/2" front mount drawer glide.
