The Vulcan 421240-2 is a heating element designed for a 240V range. This device is rated for 2000W and has dual outputs.

Designed for brewing and holding thermal shock sensitive materials like sparging grains. Most people use the French Plate on their V3-L, but it will fit on any V3-L Elite, V3-Ti or deluxe model. If you remove the gasket from between the bushing and body of your French Plate, it will fit snugly on a V2.

With a 240 Volt, 2-phase connection, this replacement heating element works with VULCAN electroslag furnaces.

This replacement heating element is for Vulcan grills and ranges. It measures 3-5/8 in. in diameter and 2-3/8 in. deep.

This heating element is designed to replace the one which fit the Vulcan 1600W convection oven.
