The GROEN HI-LIMIT THERMOSTAT is designed to sense the ambient temperature in your air handler and automatically limit the cycle of your evaporator fan motor, preventing the motor from over-running or overheating.

GROEN® HI-LIMIT THERMOSTAT is designed to sense temperature rise in water lines caused by freeze they automatically shut off the water supply to the faucet. The National Science Foundation recommends all plumbing that is exposed and is not protected by a cover should be equipped with a freeze protection device to protect the plumbing system from freeze damage.
