Fasco 9721 3.3 Inch Diameter Motor 115/208-230 Volts 1550 RPM
The stock number 9721 is a new replacement that is about 3.3”. The Permanent Split Capacitor has a ball bearing, reversible, dual voltage motor that will eventually replace hundreds of OEM shaded pole evaporator fan motors that are found in heatcraft, Bohn, Chandler, Climate control as well as other refrigeration equipment.
The Fasco PSC motor design allows the motor to deliver more power even with a lower amp draw. Cooler operations reduce the amount of failures. Fasco shaded pole motors that are less efficient are used in the original equipment in order to reduce costs. The Fasco shaded pole motors eat up those very savings, especially with today’s high power costs. You will be able to use the Fasco 9721 motor as a retrofit to replace the shaded pole OEM motors and is able to save the user up to 50% in the use of energy.
The stock number 9721 for Fasco is designed as a 3-in-1 multi-horsepower motor, which enables it to replace the 1/12, 1/15, 1/20 horsepower, Fasco PSC motor and less-efficient shaded pole designs. By stocking the 3-in-1 design, the refrigeration may be able to do the following:
- Reduce the amount of unnecessary trips it takes to and from a distributor.
- Reduces the long drive times that may be needed to replace the Fasco motors.
- Eliminate the temporary Fasco motor substitutions for the units.
- It helps reduce the truck-stocking costs.
- There is an increase in the billable time.
- This motor enables households to save energy.
- The Fasco 9721 motors have multi-application evaporation fans.
