Broan Range Hood - Blinking Light

Although it is not a common experience, it can be normal to have flickering lights on a Broan Range Hood. Power is supplied to the lamp as the vent is on LOW setting mode passes through the diode (an electric component). The diode is forced to half the power to match the dimmer setting.
