The BRUSH RESEARCH Hone Engine Cylinder Flex is made in the USA and designed to hone engine cylinders when leaving the rotary honing machine or a ported head. Each 3-1/2" x 5/8" (95 x 15 mm) 180 grit long lasting abrasive pad can be used wet or dry. Removes casting flash, burrs and machine marks. Instead of the possibility of inhaling minute metal particles caused by sanding, refinishing, or grinding, you can now hone away these imperfections quickly and efficiently.

The 3-1/2" 180-grit Flex Engine Cylinder hone is designed for the precise honing of engine cylinders and other precision machining work. This flexible hone is 225mm long with a five degree double cut structure. The unique composition of the hone, blended with special high-speed sealing resin, allows it to be used with water or oil as a lubricant during use. Hone-safe silicone rubber handle.
