The DS06 6" DialSet control valve is used to automatically regulate water flow in residential installations. The 3/4” pressure sensing port can be used as a backflow preventer or a pressure reducing regulator. The low lead version of the valve contains 2% lead content.

The 293693 DS06 is a digitally controlled regulating valve. It offers instantaneous on-off switching without the need for a mechanical actuator, such as a handle. The 'DS' (DialSet) pressure regulating valves are used in applications where a user must control pressure at a constant setting. The DS06 is intended for systems with low energy inputs and/or leak rates, and intermittent demand. These valves are often used in single stage heating and cooling, refrigeration, process control and motor drive applications such as blowers or fans, as well as some pumps.

It also comes with an optional 1-1/4" x 6' (38mm x 182cm) vinyl hose for connection to a cold water supply or discharge point at reduced pressure. The long life diaphragm is made of unplated, annealed, cadmium free brass and is designed for use with potable water.
