The AM100-UP-1LF is a 1/2"" Union Press Mixing Valve , it flow rate up to 3.24 GPM and can use on both hot and cold water . It has an excellent resistance, corrosion and erosion wear resistant performance and long life. It is Lead Free design/compliant to NSF61/61/182 for drinking water application . Its application includes food industry, chemical industry and pharmacy.

Designed to provide smooth temperature control in residential hot water systems, the AM100-UP-1LF delivers a full mix flow range of 0.5 gpm to 2.0 gpm from a single standard size thermostatic mixing valve. This mixing valve offers precise temperature control from 70deg R to 145deg R at a maximum flow rate of 2.0 gpm through the Union or 3/4"" copper tubing to protect against pipe freeze-ups and provide consistent comfort for your customers.

This 1/2in. Union Press Mixing Valve comes in yellow and finishes to match your requirements, but it's the features that make this mixer stand out above the rest-it can handle use temperatures from 70-145 degrees Fahrenheit and still deliver a consistent 100psi. The ADAM-100 Series is a line of lead-free, uncoated brass mixing valves designed to provide greater flow control and more precise metering, with a lower pressure drop and extended life over solid disk designs. The 70/145 degree mixers are available for hot and cold water service in 2 through 6 inch pipe sizes.

The AM100 Series Valve features a lead free brass body with plastic bonnet, handle and stem actuating rod. The springs in the linkage are made of carbon steel. Overall body and bonnet are designed for high rigidity and resistance to mechanical stress. Internal components, such as poppet seat, O-ring, ball valve seat insert, valve ball and stem are made from stainless steel or glass-filled nylon to ensure compatibility with the corrosive medium and withstanding temperature range of the system. The valve is designed based on ANSI/B88.2.2and CSA B125 standards

Honeywell's AM100 wide temperature range line of mixing valves are designed for a variety of domestic and commercial applications. AM100 Series mixers have a stainless steel body and stem and all ball valves are rated for 1/2"" copper pipe. Mixer bodies can be ordered with brass bonnets to meet plumbing code requirements. The thermoplastic stem is reinforced with glass for added strength. Temperature control knobs are interchangeable for easy identification.
