This mixing valve range is designed to operate between the ranges of 70ºF and 145ºF; its longer set-point temperature range significantly reduces the amount of energy used by regulating the boiler water temperature. The Union Lead Free Mixing Valve utilizes a 1"" parallel port that can be used for up to 3 domestic refrigeration circuits, zone valve, or domestic heating (W1) applications. The Mixing Valves are available in both lead free (AM Series) and non-lead free (AN Series) options.

Honeywell's Union mixing valve is a 1-inch Union and Lead Free designed to handle hot water for showering, bathing or for radiant floor heating. The Union valve provides improved mixing and better temperature uniformity throughout the enclosure. The lead free snap disc does not require any soldering to make installation simple. It is designed for use on cold inlet water up to 70F with cold outlet water up to 145F, and features smooth action lever operation and single handle for temperature control.

It provides up to 6 gallons per minute of flow at 90 psi working pressure, and also features the industry's longest life preset pilot that continuously monitors the state of operation, allowing for increased safety and reduced maintenance costs.
