The Honeywell C7046C1000 , Inc. 3K ohm NTC Discharge Air Temperature Sensor, Single Point Sensing , STD 8"" is a direct replacement to the OEM sensor. (It will replace many other sensor part numbers as well). You can depend on this air temperature sensor for years of trouble-free use.
The Honeywell C7046C1000 NTC probe features no moving parts and provides you with a point sensing temperature probe. The sensor is designed for use with gas-fired forced air furnaces that feature an electro-mechanical control board. The sensor will allow you to monitor the chimney or vent pipe temperature while the furnace is in operation, providing you with added energy efficiency by way of an internal fan cycling on and off. This probe will fit all furnaces using 8""x 8"" element mounts.
