The Honeywell 1"" PRV 25-90# Union Sweat is designed for use on commercial/industrial applications and applications where the atmosphere is dirty and/or contains foreign particles. This valve provides an improved economical solution over individually packing a drain valve in open channel piping systems.
The 1" PRV 25-90# Union Sweat pressure relief valve is capa ble of relieving pressure up to 90 psi and acts as vapor seal. The PRV is installed between the discharge header and a vessel or piping inlet.
The Union Sweat 1"" is an economical solution for applications that require non-critical non-resealable airtight and watertight seals. It consists of copper with a tin plated brass end product which is threaded onto the pipe.
