The Honeywell 120V On/Off Fluid Power Actuator Series V4055 on-off gas valve actuator is designed to control the operation of single phase gas valves operating at one or two steps. These 120 volt off-on gas valves can be used with a variety of industries that require a manual method of controlling their gas valve equipment operations including disposable lighters, propane cylinders, and welding regulators.

The V4055A On/ Off Fluid Power Actuator provides two operation modes: ON and OFF, and internal Aux Switch to activate external switch. Standard mounting allows for easy installation in any application. It is designed with standard 1" connections at top and bottom ports with a 1/2" NPT connection in the center. Uses include protecting a piece of equipment from high pressure or preventing leaks.

The V4055A1296 is a foot-activated On/Off fluid power actuator in a compact housing. The 4055A1296 features full-travel and half-travel control, a forward and reverse switch, metal swivel joint at the actuator base, cable strain relief, and pre-wired junction box with a 15' cord.

The V4055A1296 On-Off Fluid Power Gas Valve Actuator is a direct replacement for the flow control valve in select Xantrex inverter power systems.

The V4055A1296 is a fully assembled, single phase, 120 Vac 60 Hz gas purge valve with optional auxiliary switch (V4727A012) for gas shutdown, manual net positioning of the diaphragm in the Pressure Regulator, and a remote indicator. It features an aluminum actuator head and a low force spring cartridge. The rotary solenoid valve has a piston D4B DDC stem seal made from EPDM with predetermined seating force to minimize sticking due to pressure differe nces at flow reversal. This actuator uses air or oil as its working media.
