The DCA 24V 35# 90SEC W/DeClutch is a programmed time delay relay based on the 4PDT relay with integrated hysteresis. It has an adjustable delay of 0-200s in 1s increments. The delay is preset per pole to prevent cross-talking between poles at start up.
