The Versatile, high performance Energy Efficient® ML6420A-3037 and ML6420A-3049 DCA Actuators combine high dc reliability with low power consumption, all within a compact size that is extremely easy to control.The actuators feature two on-board potentiometers. 16-bit PID control is supported at the ML6420A-3049 for increased speed, power, torque, and position accuracy.
The ML6420A is a non-spring return direct-coupled, linear-stroke valve actuator that operates pneumatic cycle valves. It consists of a motor/pump assembly, dual position bistable valve mechanism and an enclosed gearhead. DCA valve actuators allow integration of valve control and other control functions within the modular series 1600 Controller.
