The actuator's spring return assures accurate manual terminations of airflow, and prevents cycling on continuous operations.

The MP909E1240 Medium Force Damper Actuator has an operating range of 5 to 10 PSI (Pounds/Square Inch) and is a perfect replacement for older or worn out assemblies. Two springs return the damper assembly close to its original position when actuating pressure is removed. This damper only operates in one direction and is non-reversible.

The MP909E1240 ACTUATOR is for use with the HONEYWELL FALCON VT terminal unit and its manual dampers. For use with VRT or RTH units. Spring-return actuator allows for quick set up, and has a guaranteed cycle life of 500,000 cycles.
