The Honeywell 7.5" RA coil valve actuator features an aluminum body for strength and corrosion resistance, and a tri-material diaphragm for extended life. The high quality coil spring reduces fatigue of the moving parts, reducing maintenance costs while the built-in check valve eliminates drain on system pressure. The ball, ball seat, stem seal and cover seal are made from elastomer for greater security against leaks. This coil valve is intended for use in industry and manufacturing applications that require air flow control in both directions from the valve position, such as temperature control, valving or positioning equipment.

This is a closed coil 7.5"" diameter pneumatic actuator. With an 8 to 13 psi spring range, it has eight inches of proportional travel and provides 0.090"" of nominal stroke. The actuator has a piston rod that is 1/8" in diameter, and should be used at pressures between 5-60 psi. This actuator works with most pumps that operate at 38 SCFM. It includes self-contained air cylinder, ball check valve, PLC driver pocket on the top cover, process connection kit with piping dimensions of 1"" to 11"" in diameter and 15 PSI maximum working
