This LINKAGE provides a positive locking device that facilitates self-centering force to ensure the gas valve is at a zero angle of rotation before opening the valve.

LINKAGE for 0.91"/23mm VALVE STROKE is designed for use with Honeywell mercury free thermostats (TH8320U1003, TH8321U1003, TH8160U1002, TH8162U1002, TH8164U1003), and most other brands of programmable thermostats that have a 0.91"/23 mm diameter valve stroke. The longest side of the rectangle should be no more than 0.91".

The Honeywell Q5024A1123 linkage for 0.91" / 23 mm valve stroke has a linkage length of 2.250" into compass valve and 3.125" (81mm) into Calibrated flow controller #CFC100 series that is used where high accuracy and repeatability are required.
