The Q7130 Interface Module W/Selectable Vol. for Series 90 Modutrol IV Motors is a compact interface unit designed to provide connection to the control system of a drive or group of drives and allow for complete protection of the motor starter, power supply and panelboard.

The Interface Module is used to convert the motion control algorithm parameters and analog input/output (AI) signals from a control panel into signals suitable for use by a Series 90 motor. One module is required for each Series 90 motor connected to the control panel. The Honeywell Inc. Interface Module for Series 90 Modutrol IV Motors allows you to change the voltage level, either manually or by program, on a Modutrol IV Drive. The module is plug and play compatible with all Series 90 Modutrol IV Drives and has selectable voltage ranges from 0-10 VDC to 24-VAC.

The series 90 Simutrol interface module accepts the 90 VAC, 100 VAC, 150 VAC and 240 VAC signal from the controller. This module has selectable voltage ranges of +/-10 percent or +/-5 percent.

The Series 90 Modutrol IV motor was designed to be used with an Interface Module (the Q8120A1002). When interfaced with a separate power supply, control can be taken from a PLC or other logic device. This feature enables switching between separate voltage output ranges. A rotary switch selects the desired range of output voltage. The rated load, output current and voltage are indicated on the front panel.
