The V8043A1003 Zone Valve is designed for use with outdoor hydronic heating systems. It can be used in conjunction with a thermostat to help control the heating of different areas of a home. This valve features a durable, bronze body and lever handle, and it has a 24V non-connectable manual override label plate.
Honeywell's desuperheater T87K thermostat works with a variety of heating systems: electric, fuel oil, oil, natural gas, propane or steam. The Zone Valve Builder Pack contains three zone valves and one V8043A1003 Zone Valve Builder Pack thermostat and comes with the accessories you need to run a complete zone.

The main body of this valve has two separate flow control zones on a single display with the first switch controlling the fan speed and an easy to adjust knob for temperature control. The second switch controls the compressor in one or both zones depending on the model you choose.
The V8043A1003 is a 1/4” NPSM x 3/4” NPSM zone valve designed for 24-Vac or direct current connection to an electric heat strip. The V8043A1003 and the T87K thermostat are packaged in a builder pack for the do-it-yourselfer who desires one zone of control of either single stage or 2-stage thermostat operation.
