The Hoshizaki Model HT-92 water regulator furnishes the proper amount of water to the ice machine, based on the input supply pressure. This unit can be used for applications with both 60 psi and 100 psi of water input pressure. The Model HT-92 matches most Hoshizaki ice machine models including those without a water regulator and eliminates the use of metered valves or manual dials to change flow rate.
The Hoshizaki water regulator controls the amount of water entering the ice machine. Completely adjustable, this regulator will allow you to make any ice cube size you want. The switch inside of the plastic enclosure uses a plastic shank that can be adjusted.
When the water pressure is too high to allow ice production at the desired rate, connect a water regulator between the inlet and outlet of the ice machine. After installation, adjust the regulator to obtain ice production at optimal conditions for your application. Water pressure should be set at 23 psi (165 kPa) maximum.
