The Frymaster Ignitor Assembly with Insulation Kit is designed for the F10644 and F10640 fryers. This part comes with an insulation kit to protect your ignitor from damage that would otherwise be caused by near or open flames, heat or sparks.

Help your fryer to perform at peak performance with this Ignitor Assembly. It includes an insulation kit, as well as a regulator knob.

The Ignitor assembly helps you to make sure your grease fryer properly lights and burns your oil or other fat based cooking medium. It features a flashing LED light that turns on the burner of the fryer as it glows, allowing you, or an assistant, to light the burner without even opening the lid of the fryer. This Ignitor assembly comes with insulation kit installed to help prevent shock during installation.

The Ignitor Assembly Kit allows you to replace a defective ignitor at low cost. It is typically used on gas models that use an ignition assembly and flame rod, which should also be replaced at the same time. This kit includes replacement parts such as: a gas valve module (gas valve & flame rod), a spark electrode, a spark electrode wire, and connectors.
