Ignitor, Hot Surface 24V

South Bend's Ignitor, Hot Surface starters are manufactured with a dual voltage motor system allowing them to operate on 24 volt, 110 volt and 240 volt circuits. Their compact design allows you to easily spot check the pilot light. The pilot light is also protected by a clear glass lens which helps prevent damage from vibration or rough handling.

Always know when your gas grill is on with the 24-volt Hot Surface Ignitor from Weber. When you turn on your grill, it sends a signal to this advanced ignitor. The advanced ignitor senses the heat of the gas flame and reacts to glow red hot to ignite your grill's burner. This clever device will glow red hot as long as the burner remains on. It's efficient, safe and highly effective.

The Hot Surface Ignitor is a 96-millimeter 96-77203A hot surface ignitor, engineered for 110 to 120 kW boilers. It provides a quick heating response, fast response under varying loads and a high level of long-term reliability. The Hot Surface Ignitor quickly heats water for faster warmup and faster recovery from loads, making it the perfect choice for homes with higher hot water demand.

For operator convenience, Ignitor has added an electric ignition switch to the surface of the work roll. A red/green status light is built into the switch for dual indication of wheel motion and wheel temperature. Optional wheel speed or wheel surface temperature sensors are available, as well as wheel replacement contacts that attach to the wheel with two screws.

Our line of SOUTHBEND hot surface ignitors are designed to provide perfect ignition timing for all outdoor cooking surfaces. These ignitors include the ability to be used with multiple different tanks, such as propane and natural gas, and can also be easily adjusted to fit any kind of barbecue grill.

These surface ignitors are designed for heat exchanger applications where the ignition voltage is to remain within the allowable range. The ignitor has two solid bars of 24 volt plug in connection, white in color. One bar flashes out of phase with the other.

If the ignitor is a component in a gas control system, it heats a burner's hot surface or electric ignition coil to fire the burner at your command. Ignitors are factory set and normally will not need adjustment.

An electrically powered ignition device used to ignite LP gas. A typical ignitor consists of two wire terminals, two mounting legs, a manually operated handle, and a switch. It is normally located under the cooking surface near the front or rear burner port and makes electrical contact with the burner port wiring when the handle is turned approximately 45 degrees. The ignition flame should appear as soon as the handle is turned and released.

An ignition system for fork trucks that heats the battery from the "hot surface" of the engine without using a difficult-to-maintain heating element. Our design should save users hundreds of dollars each year in maintenance costs.

An ignitor is a component in various types of externally ignited internal combustion engines that, when given a high voltage electric impulse, will cause the device to become hot and functional.

Weber brings innovation to the grill with the iGrillâ„¢ product line. Each accessory is designed to be used separately or together on select Gas, Spirit II E-210, Genesis E-310/320/330, Performer E-310/320/330, or Summit Charcoal Grills. Using the iGrillâ„¢ accessories provides avid grillers with expanded grilling capabilities through built-in sensors that measure internal cooking temperature of foods.
