The INFINITE HEAT SWITCH for Nemco Part# 47217 comes with an electronic ignition that is safe for use in any kitchen. This switch also has a flame failure override switch that will not allow the motor to run if the flame is not present.

The INFINITE HEAT SWITCH 47217 allows fast, automatic preheating of Nemco grills and fryers without using a Thermostat. It is an economical switch that will work with any flat range style cooking surface. When used in conjunction with the dial timer 49131, infinite heat control automatically maintains cooking temperature within 5° F of set point.

This Infinite Heat Switch for Nemco Model 47217 grills is the replacement switch for several different models. It is designed to turn the heating element on or off when the standard thermostat control cannot be used or does not provide a suitable function.
