Interface Board Kit

The Interface Board Kit includes a board and all the components for interfacing with a FRYMASTER® Element Controller. The 16 position board gives you total control of your infrared fryer.

The Interface Board Kit is used to add the digital display and control system of a digital thermometer/timer to a Frymaster F1011 Series deep fryer. Accurate food temperature monitoring and automatic shutoff at desired time are the advantages of digital controls.

Interface Board kit is designed for use with the FRYMASTER F11636 THERMOSTAT CONTROLLED DEEP FRYER. This allows the use of an external temperature probe and thermostat.

Replace your existing FRYMASTER display screen with this easy to use interface board. Simply unplug your existing display and plug in our interface board and the new display! Our kit includes the interface board, a touch-screen overlay, color buttons, and a control fob.
