Heat Exchanger

The Heat Exchanger is a high efficiency, high capacity unit that eliminates the need for a second furnace. The design allows continuous operation of air conditioning and heating equipment in one room at one temperature. This self-contained unit provides an economical solution to multi-zone comfort control requirements.

The Heat Exchanger uses a heat exchanger in the cooling process. This allows for the unit to cool much faster than traditional air conditioners, as well as have a much higher cooling capacity using the same amount of energy. This will enable a unit to cool larger areas more effectively than its predecessors.

The Heat Exchanger utilizes deep-wound, corrugated aluminum fins, which greatly increase the surface area that contacts refrigerant. This contributes to higher heat transfer efficiency than packages with both an interior and exterior fin. These types of heat exchangers are often used in large air conditioners where temperature and humidity control is critical.

The Heat Exchanger is certified by Intertek Testing Services under UL1995 and exceeds requirements of all major natural gas utility companies.
