The ITTJ MTR/PUMP MASCERATOR is a galvanized cast iron pump for controlling circulation in closed circuit systems using seawater to transfer heat from the surface or subsea to the wellhead. The unit is maintained in casing by a rotary swivel coupling at the casing head, and has a suction flange at the base with integral discharge stack. Diameter - 1370 mm [54.0 in]

The ITTJ MTR/PUMP MASCERATOR provides a convenient means for the discharge of effluents from vessels, aircraft, or land vehicles as well as containing the effluent in an environmentally accepted manner. The unit combines the hydraulic pumping capability of a hydraulic pump with the screen-macerating capabilities of a rotary screen to provide accurate flow and pumpage characteristics over a wide range of pumping conditions.The effluents are discharged over the screen deck at flows which are consistent with pumping capabilities.

The ITTJ MTR/PUMP MASCERATOR delivers precise control of vacuum pressure for water and fuel metering on gasoline, JP4, Diesel, Kerosene, AvGas and Jet A1 fuels. The ITTVIR 5GS-ZZ pump is double-ended and has a capacity of 32L/min (40 US GPM). The ITTJPUMP MASCERATOR can supply a maximum vacuum of 180mm Hg (10 inches Hg), although 70mm Hg (5 inches Hg) is more typical.

STC's standard line of ITTJ MTR/PUMP MASCERATORs are NACE approved in all versions and meet the requirements of ISO2858. They are multi-stage submersible pumps with a non-bleed air separator specifically designed for applications requiring frequent start-ups and stoppings.

The ITTJ MTR/PUPS MASCERATOR pump is intended for use with the ITTJ MTR Diffusion Pump, HPLC Pump Systems, Chromatograph Peristaltic Pump Systems and Chromatograph Roller Pump Systems. It includes an electrical power pack and a pump motor assembly.

ITT/JABSCO MTR/PUMP MASCERATOR is ideal for ROV, AUV and towed vehicles applications. For guidance of low-pressure media to high-pressure pumps and valves. Self-priming (2 cu ft), pedestal pump with piston rod seals of Teflon, RPV liner and aluminum cylinders operated by gearbox with high-efficiency propeller wheel and acrylic impeller. The pump can also be used to convey other media under positive pressure at moderate flow rates.

The ITT/Jabsco 37041-0010 MTR/PUMP MASCERATOR is part of the ITT MTR SERIES Model #'s 37040, 37041 & 37042. The ITT/Jabsco 37041-0010 MTR/PUMP MASCERATOR is similar to part #37042 due to the high and low pressure discharge port being located on a 90 degree angle instead of 180 degrees.
