IVES FB457 US26D 12 UL FLUSH BOLT
The IVES FB457 flush door bolt is a top or bottom mounted, manual operation, UL Listed right-hand reverse-swing flush bolt for use in wood doors. It contains a 3/4" wood screw with a 7/32" X 15/16" threaded shank and requires a 12" size rod.
FORM AND FUNCTION UNITE IN THIS IVES FB457 DORMA LOCK. With its flush bolt style and attractive finish, the unit features a patented retracting mechanism that provides ease of operation, while eliminating issues with sticking or stuck locks. These flush bolt handles can be used as either top or bottom pivots for your convenience.
The FB457 UL listed for top flush bolt with a bright chrome finish is an easy solution that replaces the existing strike plate in most cases. The entire system allows for quick installation (approx. 3 minutes!) by using your existing screws or bolts and uses all of the holes in the strike plate.
The Infinity series FB457 flush bolt is a two piece hardware assembly that passes through the door and attaches to the edge of the frame. The assembly is 1/2" wide by 3/4" high.
The FB457FB Flush Bolt with 12" Rod delivers a clean, contemporary look to be used with an upright pull handle designed for metal doors and featuring a decorative ring that covers the escutcheon plate. The FB457FB is available with Satin Chrome finish and features a 3/4" faceplate.
