The Johnson Controls A28PJ-1 NEMA 4X 30-110 F. 2-SP/DTH (single phase) motor starter is designed to control single-phase alternating current (AC) motors or direct current (DC) motors from 30 through 89 amps. This NEMA 4X motor starter provides a DIN rail mounting system that allows for easy installation and replacement, as well as provides a thermal overcurrent protection device.

The Johnson Controls A28PJ1 with Nema 4X rating (national electric motor assoc.) is a 15 HP 208-230/460V 3 PH TEFC 0.75 Service Factor single and double pole fan cooled induction motor system. It features and easy to read, oversized shaded pole indicator. The F. 2-SP/DT SWTC is a Star Delta starter for external remotes with time delay capacitor set @ 55 seconds, internal starter and overload protection switch.

The A28PJ-1 Power Supply is a, two station, NEMA 4X enclosure, 30 through 110 VAC output power supply designed for use with the DCSAPLUS Solar Array Controller and all versions of the Modicon M580 motion controller.

The Johnson Controls A28PI-1, A28PJ-1, and A28PJ1 are conventional single phase power transformers with grounded (wye) leads designed for use on secondary distribution lines. The line voltage NEMA 4X enclosure is suitable for indoor applications where mechanical protection is required. This transformer has two power outlets - one single phase outlet, a neutral (wye) terminal and the second single phase outlet. The thermal overload protector is mounted in the neutral terminal box to protect both the neutral and ground lines from damage should the transformer be overloaded or shorted out.
