The Johnson Controls F-500-39 is a 1/4" BARB ELBOW that delivers a smooth flow. This product is a substantial improvement over conventional designs and guarantees a trouble-free, leak proof connection once installed.

Identical to Parker F-500-39 1/4" BARB ELBOW (LF500206) - HVAC industry standard elbow to join copper tube supplied with compression fitting.

These are brand new, High Quality 1/4" Barb Elbows. They are made of durable brass!

Our BARB ELBOWS have a fine-pitch barb connection to allow for greater flow and less restriction. The unique design of the barb connection allows for a closer bend radius on the tubing as it exits the elbow. A larger cross-section also helps provide more structural rigidity, reducing failure rates and preventing leaks. In addition, the barb provides a large amount of bar gripping area to prevent turning of the tubing at this point.

The F-500 Series 1/4 Inch Barb Elbow is a sacrificial anode designed for use with all ferrous metals to protect from corrosion. The replacement of the steel or iron anode is being recommended by many industries as a measure to control corrosion, particularly in systems that have a large amount of water.

Our fittings are designed to virtually eliminate leakage, even if the T-fitting is turned upside down. Our barbs are designed to be simple to install without special tools. And our elbow has a built in cutting edge that makes routing pipe faster, easier, and safer.

The elbow tubing fitting is made of polypropylene. It measures 1/4" outside diameter, 1/4" inside diameter, and 1-1/4" long.

The F500 family of fittings from Johnson Controls has been engineered to meet the latest IAPMO/UPC, NJ UPC and SAE J2130 standards for potable water applications. This unique flange construction provides a leak free barrier against potentially harmful bacteria, while assuring an air tight seal. The F-500 Series elbow is used to connect tee and straight fittings and is designed for use with 3/4" and 1/2" EMT and rigid steel pipe. The 90 degree elbow fitting is bent so that water or air can turn a corner and move at an angle.
