TANDEM LINK FOR M9216 & M9220

The M9216 and M9220 valves utilize a Tandem Link or Cycle Stop feature as opposed to standard single-direction push-pull linkage. Valves equipped with the Tandem Link feature allow simultaneous dome and pilot travel in both directions, which eliminates cycling of all pilot burners and allows the cook top to achieve higher output settings under high flow conditions.

The M9000-532 provides an easy and reliable way to link several valves together to operate them simultaneously. It's used for Johnson Controls Valves with a 1-1/8" stroke such as 3" and 4" Valves. The Tandem Link for Johnson Controls Valves is sold individually and sold in quantities of one.

This Valve Linkage is specific to the M9000 Series, and has 1-1/8" length of stroke. It has a large diameter outer tube that bolts to the Valve Body end caps.

The M9000 Valve Linkage has several unique features, each designed to provide you with added flexibility, performance and convenience. Both the top and bottom trunnion are fabricated from steel - increasing strength and durability. A dual-stage bronze bushing supports the end of the valve stem, keeping it aligned with the valve spool. The valves are manufactured from 3/8" thick plate, providing significant weight reduction over conventional valves, while retaining sufficient stiffness for reliable operation.

The M9000 Series Valve Linkage is a pilot operated pilot valve linkage that provides pilot supply supply pressure to pilot equipped pilot valves. The pilot supply system contains pilot supply pumps, pilot supply filter, pilot supply filter pilot drain, pilot supply relief valve and orifice. A special double-acting orifice is used in the pilot supply system to overcome the maximum differential in pressure available from the pilot pump when mounted on a higher pressure port of a pilot-actuated valve.

When used in conjunction with the 3" or 4" Valve it replaces, Johnson Controls #M9000-532 Valve Linkage with 1-1/8” Stroke allows for fast adjustment of water flow while maintaining overall valve stroke size.

The M9000-5 is a Linkage and Valve Assembly used in Johnson Controls' Centrifugal and Axial Pumps with a 1.125 inch stroke. It fits pumps that have 3 or 4 inch valves where it is mounted directly to the pump drive shaft.

The VALVE LINKAGE WITH 1-1/8" STROKE FOR 3" & 4" VG200 with CABLE is designed to restrict flow through the 3" and 4" VG200 butterfly valves. It is made of bronze for durability and has a stainless steel housing.

This remote mount valve linkage is used on the following Johnson Controls Valves: VF22, VG60, VG180, VG200, VG200N.
