The ANTI ROTATION BRACKET M9000-604 is designed to replace the existing bolts of Johnson Controls compressor valves.

The ANTI ROTATION BRACKET is designed to eliminate the possibility of TOP MOUNTED controls from rotating.

The M9000-604 ANTI ROTATION BRACKET will fit all Johnson Controls box type furnace models. Mounting holes are 1 5/8" o.c.

Built to withstand temperatures up to 40°C, or 105°F, the Johnson Controls M9000-604 Anti Rotation Bracket is designed to keep the JCI Lithium-Ion Battery securely fastened to the Durus heat pump. The bracket is compatible with Johnson Control's Durus heat pump model number JCI2R-036AAM-24P.

The Johnson Controls M9000-604 anti rotation bracket solves a common issue in lighting and electrical installations. The ability to rotate the fixture 360 degrees while keeping the electrical box horizontal is crucial for many commercial applications. Our utility grade anti rotation brackets feature a swivel joint and connection to the canopy, along with vibration resistant mounting screws and a metal locking pin for added strength.

DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE ACTUATOR HANDLES FROM TURNING 180 DEGREES. THE ANTI ROTATION CLAMP W/ SERRATED DOWEL HOLDS THE ACTUATOR HANDLES IN PLACE, ALLOWING THE CONTROL TO OPERATE VIA THE ACTUATOR HANDLE ONLY.

Anti-Rotation Bar minimizes platen travel during non-rotation conditions, thereby reducing pad wear. Unit can perform lap after lap with no pad deviation, producing the same amount of steel plano-stamp per cycle to reduce scrap and increase yield.

This aftermarket anti-vibration bracket is designed to be installed between a HVAC unit and its adjacent mounting surface in order to reduce vibration and noise. It can also be used with other types of equipment in a similar manner.
