This Johnson Controls M9220 Series Proportional Electric Spring-Return Actuator, 24V DC, 177inlb, 20 Amp provides protection for your temperature-sensitive equipment.

Featuring a spring-return actuator that returns to neutral if power is lost, this 24 Volt Actuator from Johnson Controls can be used with electric locks systems to create a fail-safe system. This proportional actuator includes a mounting bracket and all necessary hardware for quick installation.

The M9220-GG series has a medium stroke and is equipped with a 24 volt AC/DC spring return actuator and smooth-travel cam and plunger. Ideal for use in control systems requiring proportional control of air, gas, or hydraulic pressure where noise is a concern or when multiple forces are required to be applied to the output. The M9220-GG series has a mounted force feedback sensor and the output is drawn out through a 3/8 inch port which can be located up to 36 inches from the end of the actuator body. The M9220 Series spring-return actuator is designed to convert linear electrical output (24 volts) to spring actuation. The proportional design comes with an adjustable end stop for controlling the closed position of the accuator.
