Compact and lightweight, the M9220-GGC-3 Proportional Actuator features a 24 VDC system and is sea water-resistant. The actuator provides positive closing and has an infinitely adjustable set point for each door to perform a holding function. This actuator is rated at 177 inlb of torque when connected to a 100 in. lbs. spring.

The Johnson Controls 177-in-lb Proportional Actuator works well with the Johnson Controls SK-1 Leakless Energizer and the M213-FJ Load Cell Interface (M9219-FJ). The C9219 and C9220 Series Leakless Energizers provide a reliable and safe renewable energy source for systems that use 24 VDC, 1 amp. The M9220 Series includes the M9220FJ, M9221FJ, M9222FJ, and M9223FJ models.

Johnson Controls' M9220-GGC-3 Proportional Actuator is a proportional control valve intended to activate Johnson Controls' 2SW (2 position, single throw) switches, which are designed for proportional control applications, including air conditioning systems. The actuator contains an upstream integrated electric motor that operates the propulsive mechanism. This actuator is actuated by an electromagnetic valve that adjusts the propulsive force in response to the movement of the electric motor's internal shaft.

The M9220 is a 2-pos customized position proportional finger control that offers excellent durability and reliability. The finger actuation mechanism can be mounted in an upright or inverted position to allow straightforward integration into the final assembly. The finger actuation mechanism uses slip joints to connect the finger assembly to the controller. This allows for either positive or indexed action of the fingers.
