The P100CC-9 , Inc. It adds safety to your building as it can switch off automatically during a fire emergency. As well as being able to motorize doors up to 16 feet per second, they can also stop upon sensing an obstruction with no damage to the door or its opener. The preinstalled external faceplate allows easy installation

The Johnson Controls P100CC-9 is a commercial electric operator which provides for either a 175 lb. or a 275 lb. floor pressure. Also available in dark bronze, satin brass and satin chrome plated finish with matching push button and perforated metal switch plate. May be used as an emergency release (open) or as a rise and fall (close) device.

When a door or hatch must be kept pressurized in a potentially explosive atmosphere, the P100 CC9 provides a remotely activated, hydraulically operated, positive closure interlock with 175 pounds per square inch (PSI) and 275 pounds per square inch (PSI) spring locking pressure.

The Johnson Controls P100CC-9 is an increase/decrease foot pedal that offers convenience and ease of use. It has 4.5 inch clearance for space between columns, can be adjusted to fit 50" to 60" floor plates, has a stable base to prevent tipping, gives adjustable height options for personal preference, plus one touch open/rise recline features for safety.
