This 2-pipe Dual-Action Johnson Controls thermostat is used in air conditioning systems to control the flow of refrigerant. When energy costs are a concern, it can help save money by ensuring that conditioned air is not wasted in unoccupied rooms. This thermostat is suitable for use with a 2-stage cooling and 1-stage heating system with two supply branches and one return branch. It uses a snap-acting center plunger switch that turns on the outside heat pump compressor.

Measures and indicates the temperature of two (2) two-pipe, four-wire systems. Connects to Gemini direct expansion (DX) thermostats, controls, or other equipment.  (1) 120VAC chamber with built-in sense wire and 2A auxiliary contact(s).
