The T-4054-1 Digital Heat/Cool Room Sensor is a pure switching solid state control designed to connect in series with virtually any type of single stage (non-variable or fixed terminal voltage) heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

The T-4054-1 is designed for many commercial applications, including hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, and other facilities requiring temperature control for building occupants. This thermostat features dual function (heating/cooling) capability. It has programmable lockout that can prevent tampering or inadvertent setting changes.

In addition to a host of comfort electronic controls, the T-4054-1 package has been designed with a number of special features to help provide a better indoor climate. These include a 24 hour programming schedule which allows the user independent control of the system on a day by day basis or preprogrammed weekly times, an hourly tolerance function that automatically cancels heating or cooling action if the room temperature exceeds or falls below the programmed range by more than one degree celsius, and programmable time clock which can be used as an early warning alarm for 'time to clean' applications.
