AERATOR HEAD

Aeration of water is accomplished with a “diffuser” which generates hair-like micro jet streams to break surface tension and convert oxygen to entrained air bubbles. No holes are made in the permited vessel or piping, allowing sediment particles to pass through without clogging the micro bubblers. The Mayfair 189-90051 Series AERATOR HEAD consists of an integral – adjustable flow control valve and mixing chamber housing, incorporating a submersible impeller type mixer assembly which produces tangential flow and highly agitated flow conditions in submerged piping.

An aerator head for use with heater hose to a variety of hoses. It has a removable insert, and a bayonet fitting is molded into the insert.

Mayfair 189-90051 Aerator Head

The Johnson Pump/Mayfair189-90051 Aerator Head will thread in the following models of sprinkler heads: 189,498, 498, 490. This 150 psi assembly has an outside diameter of 1-3/4" and has a flow rate of 15 GPM at 60 psi. The head is approximately 2-5/8" long with a hex compatible coupling nut receptacle for easy attachment to your water source.

The Aerator Head (AAE5EA) is compatible with the following 1/2 in. submersible pumps: F800D, F900D, HN900V, HN900W, HN905V, HN905W, GH-250, GH-200T and CDC700DLX (not included).
