The Kohler KGP88921 Flush Ball Kit is suitable for use with the following toilets: Kohler Forte, Forte II, Tresham II, and the Perfect C2. The patented Flush Ball fits over the toilet's overflow tube. It flushes from water collected in the tank through a vortex action and siphoning action when the valve is open. The Flush Ball has an elongated tie on feature to prevent children and pets from tampering with it.
