Kwikset Tylo Privacy Knob offers an upgrade to privacy and security. The thumb turn improves durability over other locks that lock with tapered key. This is a great way to add a little style to your favorite old deadbolt, and boost the security of your interior doors.

This privacy type knob is designed for doors up to 2 lite thick and for use with a latchbolt having a throw distance of 3-15/16 in. and is adjustable to fit on latchbolts 3/4" - 1-1/2" diameters. The knob has a 6" face and features a raised panel design with five 10mm diameter buttons. This privacy type knob cannot be reinstalled once removed. Knob only, doorknobs and locksets are sold separately.
