The Honeywell Aquastat 40/180F variable pressure switch controls the rate of flow into the system and will open at 40 psi, and close at 180 psi. Honeywell Aquastat 40/180F features a weather resistant O-ring for outdoor use. Honeywell Aquastat 40/180F is suited for municipal or well water delivery systems for irrigation.

In 1967 Honeywell introduced its first aquastat and the product has constantly evolved to meet today's needs. The 2145 is a 40 - 180 F fully featured single channel temperature controller with SPST open on rise and 3" of fixed differential. Required field wiring is 39 plug-in wires, unless lower temperature controls or accessories are required. The 2145 can provide control of ice water or hot water systems such as tankless domestic water heaters (DHW), steam generators, scroll type boilers, or a combination of systems such as hot/cold pipe.

The Honeywell AQ40R/180E Aquastat is a thermostat for pool heaters and convectors. This thermostat has built-in safety over-temperature protection and the ability to reverse the flow of liquids. It features three times the on temperature rise (3 in./7.62 cm) versus 3/4-2 turn models and offers automatic reset and manual reset feature with 12V electrical power.
